branches in Kilbarrack and the Exit 5, M50, with a portfolio of renowned car
franchises such as Toyota & Lexus and the aftersales agents for
Mercedes-Benz. Each branch has its own fully equipped, state of the art service
department.

Ireland largest independent vehicle leasing and fleet management provider in

We currently wish to
recruit talented and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join the team in
our Lexus M50 showrooms. This is an exciting time to
join our sales teams as our brands move towards electrification and our model
range continues to grow.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be expected
to drive profitability, meet or exceed performance targets and deliver
excellent customer service.
You will be a senior executive in your current position, with a proven
track record of achievement, have significant retail motor industry experience,
and be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of sales process. This
is a permanent full-time position with genuine opportunity for career
progression in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Key duties and responsibilities to include:

To sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles
via the use of an effective sales process, whilst at the same time achieve the
best profit for the dealership.
·
Achieve
individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for
finance, insurance products and accessories.
·
Communicating with customers via email, telephone and face to face.
·
Qualifying customers’ needs and data capture of
customers details.
·
Carry out accurate appraisals of vehicles offered
for part exchange.
·
Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
·
Negotiating the sale of new and used cars and commercials.
·
Maintain showrooms and outdoor displays to the highest
standard.
·
Through the effective use of a follow up process,
maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that
relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
·
Demonstrating knowledge in vehicle financing
including PCP and referring customers to the Business Manager.
·
Carrying
out CitNow video responses to new and used car enquiries.
·
Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis.
·
Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism in all dealings and
transactions with our customers.
Desirable experience and skills:
· Proven experience within the motor industry is essential.
· Preference given to previous premium sales experience.
·
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
·
You will also be a well-organised individual who is process orientated with excellent attention to
detail, whilst also taking a hands-on approach.

Have excellent
communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills with a strong
focus on customer care and retention.
·
Proven ability to work to high
standards.
·
Strong IT and administration
skills.
·
Ability to work calmly under
pressure.
·
Work
well as part of a team.
·
Have a
smart, professional appearance.
·
Hold a full, clean and valid Irish
driver’s license.
