Service Advisor
Denis Mahony Motor Group

Glasnevin Hill, Dublin 11. Since then, the group has transformed itself into
one of the leading motor retail groups in Ireland.
The group has branches in Kilbarrack and the Exit 5,
M50, with a portfolio of renowned car franchises such as Toyota & Lexus and
the aftersales agents for Mercedes-Benz. Each branch has its own fully
equipped, state of the art service department.
The Denis Mahony Motor Group have their own finance
company, City and County Finance, and Ireland largest independent vehicle
leasing and fleet management provider in Mahony Fleet (Formerly Avis Fleet
Solutions).

With a growing demand for Hybrid vehicles, Denis
Mahony Kilbarrack are seeking
an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver a
premium Toyota & Lexus customer
experience by building strong, long-term relationships and guiding customers
seamlessly through their service journey
·
Act as the
key liaison between customers, the Service Manager, Workshop, Parts, and
Warranty teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
·
Provide
accurate advice regarding servicing, diagnostics, repair recommendations,
timelines, costs, and technical information
·
Proactively
monitor the progress of each vehicle in the workshop and update customers
regularly, including gaining authorisation for any additional work required
·
Manage
workshop loading and capacity, scheduling bookings via phone, email, and
in-person enquiries
·
Greet
customers professionally on arrival, confirm their requirements, and document
all work accurately
·
Ensure
vehicles are prepared for collection as agreed and clearly explain completed
work to customers, reinforcing trust and transparency
·
Maintain
Toyota & Lexus brand standards across all aspects of customer interaction,
administration, and presentation
·
Contribute
to the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the aftersales department
