With a growing demand for Hybrid vehicles, Denis Mahony Kilbarrack are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
·         Deliver a premium Toyota & Lexus customer experience by building strong, long-term relationships and guiding customers seamlessly through their service journey
·         Act as the key liaison between customers, the Service Manager, Workshop, Parts, and Warranty teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow
·         Provide accurate advice regarding servicing, diagnostics, repair recommendations, timelines, costs, and technical information
·         Proactively monitor the progress of each vehicle in the workshop and update customers regularly, including gaining authorisation for any additional work required
·         Manage workshop loading and capacity, scheduling bookings via phone, email, and in-person enquiries
·         Greet customers professionally on arrival, confirm their requirements, and document all work accurately
·         Ensure vehicles are prepared for collection as agreed and clearly explain completed work to customers, reinforcing trust and transparency
·         Maintain Toyota & Lexus brand standards across all aspects of customer interaction, administration, and presentation
·         Contribute to the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the aftersales department
